Spencer Harvey is an Independent Estate & Lettings agency in Stockport and we are recruiting for a motivated, enthusiastic property Negotiator. Duties for the Negotiator role include:
- Registering applicants
- Booking appointments
- Drawing computerised floorplans
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, tenants and landlords
- Arranging viewings
- Vendor / landlord viewing feedback
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a desire to succeed
- Have sales and or lettings experience
- Be a great team member
- Be smart in appearance
- Have a great telephone manner
- Possess great communication skills
- Good computer skills and knowledge the popular office products including word and outlook
- Be confident in face to face situations
The salary is £14,500 - £16,500 plus commission.
The hours are Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm, every other Saturday 8.45am - 4pm.

At least a years’ experience in this industry is essential however, further training will be provided as well as the opportunity to study for a recognised industry qualifications, all we need from you in return is the desire and enthusiasm to learn and be very successful.
