We are now seeking an Experienced Sales Negotiator to join our friendly team. We are looking for someone proactive, dynamic, friendly and highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Instructions and valuations are key to the role as well as someone with charisma, in depth sales knowledge and a persuasive manner to help convert leads to sales. You will be working closely alongside the sales manager aiming to help grow the business and exceed targets, supported by generous commissions and bonuses. We expect the successful candidate to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency, a proven track record and be familiar with the Stockport area.
We will offer training, support and guidance across all areas of Estate Agency, you will be perfectly placed to be highly successful within an exciting property business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and book property valuations
- Book viewings
- Provide viewing feedback
- Negotiate offers
- Provide support and training to other members of the team.
- Progress sales and manage the pipeline
- Preparing statistics and reporting on figures
- Designing and partaking in video posts for social media
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a great team player
- Be smart in appearance
- Have a great telephone manner
- Possess great communication skills
- Have a full clean UK driving licence
Earnings:
Basic plus commission, bonuses & expenses OTE £36,000
Hours:
The hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm (5.00pm on a Friday) and every third Saturday 8.45am - 4pm.
